Lighting Design

- Participate in (1) web-based design consultation meeting to discuss the proposed lighting approach with the Project Owner and Design Team (Architect, Interior Designer, Client, Owner)
- Create preliminary lighting design plans for the project using the architectural backgrounds in CAD format provided by the Architect or Interior Designer.
- Create a preliminary lighting fixture schedule for all non-decorative fixtures to be used in conjunction with the lighting plans.
- Participate in (2) web-based consultation meetings to discuss the lighting design plans with the Client and the Design Team. The continued interaction and involvement with the Owner (if possible), Client, and Interior Designer is strongly encouraged at this and all stages in the design.
- Please note that exterior lighting that is aIached to the main structure will be included on the lighting design plans. Landscape lighting design for the project is not part of the project scope of this proposal.
- Complete the lighting fixture schedule in preparation for the bid process. Individual fixture specification sheets will also be included with the lighting fixture schedule.
- This includes a total of (2) set of revisions that are required due to architectural changes after the first complete plan submiIal date. Additional revisions will be billed at the standard hourly rate.

Lighting Calculations
